The bot watches for *forwarded* messages (text or URLs) and stores them in a
local SQLite database. A background worker checks the review schedule and,
when an item is due, sends it back to the originating chat with two inline
buttons:
* **Got It** - increase the interval by a factor of 2.5
* **Need Practice** - increase the interval by a factor of 1.2
The next review time is calculated from the chosen factor, enabling a
